I worked closely with Christophe when he was Executive Director (ED) of RDÉE TNL from 2009 to 2016. For the first half of my mandate, I was the Secretary of Board, and for the second half its President. Therefore I had multiple occasions to observe Christophe as our ED.

Throughout the 7 years he spent as ED, Christophe completely transformed RDÉE TNL. Under his leadership, the organization evolved to become well known and respected by all its partners including the provincial and federal funding agencies. When he left, he was well percieved in the francophone and anglophone business communities of the province. Within RDÉE TNL, he created the first strategic plan, implemented administrative policies and made good hiring decisions.

He managed a professional team located in 3 regional offices. He greatly contributed to the national network of our organization, and played a key role in the its develoment, becoming one of its “elder members”. He served RDÉE TNL’s board of directors in a very professional, ethical and loyal way.

Christophe has a great sense of strategy, a thorough understanding of administrative policies (finances, HR, marketing, etc.), places a value on partnerships, and expertly manages time and priorities. He has a strong sense of professional ethics.

It was a pleasure working with Christophe, and although we regret his departure, we wish him all the success in the future.

Mike Clair, President – RDÉE TNL (2016)
